◆「節約メニュー！ひき肉ともやしのトロトロあんかけ厚揚げ」の作り方
【材料】(2人前)
厚揚げ豆腐(計300g) 2枚
豚ひき肉 200g
もやし 200g
①料理酒 50ml
①みりん 50ml
①しょうゆ 30ml
水溶き片栗粉 大さじ2
ごま油 大さじ2
小ねぎ(小口切り) 適量
【手順】
1.もやしは水洗いし、水気を切ります。
2.強火で熱したフライパンにごま油を入れ、厚揚げの両面にこんがり焼き目がついたら、火から下ろします。
3.1枚を6等分に切ります。
4.同じフライパンを中火で熱し、豚ひき肉を炒めます。
5.豚ひき肉がぽろぽろになり火が通ったら、もやしを入れさらに中火で炒めます。
6.もやしがしんなりしてきたら①を加え、中火で煮炒めます。
7.火を止め、水溶き片栗粉を加え混ぜ合わせ、中火で加熱しとろみがついたら火から下ろします。
8.器に3を盛り付け、7をかけ、小ねぎを散らして完成です。
【コツ・ポイント】
水溶き片栗粉は、片栗粉1、水2の割合で作ってください。また、使用量はとろみの様子を見てお好みで調整してください。
塩加減は、お好みで調整してください。
豚ひき肉は、鶏ひき肉や牛豚合いびき肉などお好みのものでも代用いただけます。
◆「節約簡単！豆苗のごま和え」の作り方
【材料】(2人前)
豆苗 1パック
①白すりごま 大さじ1
①砂糖 小さじ2
①しょうゆ 小さじ2
①顆粒和風だし 小さじ1
【手順】
1,豆苗は根元を切り落とし、3cm幅に切ります。
2,耐熱ボウルに入れてラップをし、600Wの電子レンジで2分ほど加熱します。
3,しんなりしたら①を加え、よく和えます。
4,器に盛り付けて完成です。
【コツ・ポイント】
調味料の加減は、お好みで調整してください。
白すりごまは、黒すりごまに代えてもお作りいただけます。
◆「わかめと卵のみそ汁」の作り方
【材料】(2人前)
わかめ(乾燥) 2g
水(戻す用) 適量
溶き卵(Mサイズ) 1個分
水 400ml
顆粒和風だし 小さじ1
みそ 大さじ1.5
小ねぎ(小口切り) 適量
【手順】
1.わかめはパッケージの表記通りに水で戻して、水気を切ります。
2.鍋に水と和風顆粒だしを入れて、中火で加熱します。
3.煮立ってきたら、1を入れて中火でひと煮立ちさせます。
4.沸騰しているところに、溶き卵を流し入れ火を止め蓋をし10秒ほど蒸らします。
5.火が通ったら、みそを溶かし入れます。
6.お椀によそい、小ねぎを散らして完成です。
【コツ・ポイント】
塩加減は、お好みで調整してください。
ご高齢の方や、2才以下の乳幼児、妊娠中の女性、免疫機能が低下している方は、卵をよく加熱してください。
