随分前に動画内で書いた綾野剛ダイエット本当にやってみようかな🤔なんて考えてる今日この頃😁なんちゃって😅
体重がまたストップしてますが、三歩進んで二歩下がるくらいのペースが私のスタンスなのかな？🤔と思う様になって来ました。
やっぱりアラフィフに近いアラフォーともなると代謝も落ちてますし少しづつでも一歩一歩進めたらよしとします👍🏼
アラフォーでこのペースなら20代30代の方ならもっと痩せられるかもと思うので、是非お若い方もレシピ参考にしてみて下さいねぇ☺️
少し編集にも余裕が出て来たので、午前中にアップ出来たらした方がいいのかな？とか考えてますが、もしリクエストがあればなるべく午前中にアップ出来る時はして行こうと思ってますのでコメント欄よりご意見お願いします🙇♂️
