ここで紹介する料理が日々の献立の参考になればと思い、チャンネルを作りました(^^)
毎日の献立の他、節約レシピ、簡単レシピなどを紹介していきます！
【松風焼き】
ー材料ー
◎鶏胸肉1枚(もちろん鳥ひき肉でも🆗)300g
◎卵1個
◎豆腐100〜150g
☆味噌小さじ2〜(好みで要調節)
☆醤油大さじ1
☆みりん大さじ1
☆酒大さじ1
☆砂糖小さじ1
白いり胡麻 大さじ2程度
青のり 適宜
①鶏胸肉をフードプロセッサーにかけておく
②①に豆腐、卵を加えて馴染むまでよく混ぜる
③②に☆を加えて混ぜる。オーブンを170℃に温めはじめる
④③を型に入れ2cm程度の厚さに整え、好みで白胡麻や青のりを散らす
⑤170℃で15〜17分ほど焼く。冷めたら切り分ける
