業務スーパーで大量購入した（主に）冷凍食材をご紹介させていただきました！
これ全部買っても2000円いたしません！！😲
中には原産国が気になって買わない方もいらっしゃると思うのですが
そこは全体のバランスかなと思ってて、日本産でも加工品を食べるより
外国産のお野菜の方が栄養的にはいいんじゃないかなって考えで買っております☺️
（ほんとそこは個人の考えによってまちまちだと思ってますー）
あと冷凍すると食材の栄養素とか減るんじゃない？？とお考えの方。
日本の研究機関の調査結果を調べたら減少する栄養素と増える栄養素があったので
まぁ・・・プラマイゼロ？と思ってそこまで神経質にならなくていいかなと思ってます。
食って追求すると神経質になっちゃうし、バランスが難しいですよねー💦
私自身も取捨選択することを吟味中でございます。。。

Yahoo’s home page and note how they create post headlines
to get people to click. You might try adding a video or a
related picture or two to get readers interested about everything’ve
got to say. Just my opinion, it would make your posts a little bit more interesting.
