鶏ももでも作れるレシピなのでお好きなほうで是非♪
お子様にも食べて頂ける辛さです、辛さは調節してね♪
材料
●むね肉orもも肉・・1枚
●塩コショウ・・適量
●片栗粉・・大さじ2
●卵・・1個
合わせ調味料(私は合わせてません)
〇水・・100ml
〇鶏がらスープ・・小さじ1
〇砂糖・・小さじ3
〇酒・・大さじ2
〇コチュジャン・・大さじ1/2
〇ケチャップ・・大さじ3
〇生姜チューブ・・3ｃｍ
〇にんにくチューブ・・3ｃｍ
【1】お肉を1ｃｍ幅にそぎ切りにし、塩コショウと片栗粉を全体につける
【2】フライパンに油大さじ3ひき、お肉を両面こんがりするまで焼く(中火)
【3】【2】に調味料を全て入れ、とろみが付いたら溶き卵を流しいれ完成！火を止めてから卵を入れると半熟になって美味しい♪おネギをのせてどうぞ
