大根の皮のきんぴらです。今日は、おでんを作った時の大根、人参、の皮をきんぴらにしてみました。レシピ 作り方 簡単 家庭料理 ハウツー レビュー チュートリアル プレゼンテーション 動画です。おでんなど、煮物をした時に出るのが、野菜の皮やへた、でも、野菜は、ほとんど捨てるとこなく食べれますよ。今日は、余り物料理で節約料理を作りましょう。まず、大根は、皮を５mm程度の厚さに剥くといいですよ、大根本体もそのくらいが美味しいですよ。人参は、ピーラーで剥きましょしょう。そして、余った、へた、茎、葉も一緒に炒めましょう。野菜炒めのような感じですね。これを甘辛く、ごま油で炒めるときんぴらになりますよ。最後は、いりごまで、香りをつけましょう。
