「簡単節約レシピ」 ごぼうチップス(青のり塩味)の作り方 さくさくでかりかり 誰でも簡単すぐにできる おつまみ 料理レシピ ごぼうフライのアレンジ系

日本に来て初めて創作料理屋さんでバイトして覚えたレシピです。
塩を薄めにして、小麦粉をまぶし、健康志向で料理しました。

今回は青のり塩味。
公開したごぼうフライの作り方 さくさくでかりかり 


ごぼうフライよりも、薄めにスライスしているので
さらにサクサクしてます。

前回の作り方と微妙に違う点は、今回は片栗粉ではなく小麦粉をまぶしました。
そうすることで、よりサクサク感がより出ます。

ごぼうを切る時、すごく滑りやすいので包丁で手を切らないように気を付けてください。

難易度★☆☆☆☆ 辛さ☆☆☆☆☆ 調理時間 20分

【材料】
ごぼう 1本
小麦粉 大さじ1
塩 大さじ1
青のり お好みで
油 適量

【ポイント・コツ】
①ごぼうは火が通りやすいので、揚げるとき焦がさないように気をつけて下さい。
完全にカリカリに揚げてしまうよりは、ごぼうのしっとり感が少し残るくらいが歯ごたえが良くおすすめです。

②軽く鍋に入れます。油の中でもくっつくごぼうがあるので、箸で軽くほぐすとよいです。
