【一人暮らし料理】簡単・節約・雑！アラサー社会人の帰宅後ごはんづくり / じゃがいもとピーマンのピリ辛炒め
仕事から帰宅しての料理。
…やる気メーター何パーセント残ってるかな…
作り置きもいいですが、その都度気分に合わせてちゃちゃっと短時間で食べたいものを作れたらいいよね！というのが今の私の自炊事情です。
あとは狭いキッチンなので、工程数はなるべく減らしてシンプルに調理しています。
今回は、「ニシユタカ」というじゃがいもとピーマンを豆板醤・みりんをアクセントにピリ辛炒めにしてみました。
（お店出せるレベルでおいしかった…。 出せないか。笑）
