今回は愛用調理器具シリーズです。生徒さんに「これなんですか？」とよく聞かれたシャトルシェフ。実は「豆を煮る」に使うことが最も多いんです。今回日がかなり経った小豆だったので柔らかくなるために1.5時間くらいかかりました。途中一度火にかけ沸騰直前にし保温庫に入れています。新豆のときは40分くらいで途中火にかけることもなく柔らかく煮えることもありますので様子を見ながらお試し下さい。1.6リットルサイズは200～250gくらいの豆を煮るのに重宝しています。
動画内分量目安：小豆200g、砂糖140g、はちみつ大さじ1強、塩少々（甘さはお好みで）
