5人家族、夫と子ども(中1、小3、小1)、あと猫が1匹います。
主婦歴15年も経つのに、料理が苦手すぎて逃げ続けてきたズボラーの末路。毎週末外食を重ね、とうとう月の食費が10万を超えた(T_T)
これから子ども達も中学、高校とお金がかかる時期に突入するのに、これはいかん！！…と一念発起し、今まで逃げ続けてきた料理に向き合うことになりました。
今まで子どもが生まれるまでは共働きフルタイム勤務で暇がない、子どもが生まれれば、小さな子どもが居てなかなか料理が進まん！…など数々の言い訳を続けてきたズボラ主婦である(；・∀・)ｷﾞｸ
子供の年齢はすでに中学生と小学生に。仕事はパート勤務。そろそろ言い訳が難しくなってきたぞ(;ﾟ∀ﾟ)汗
一人では到底無理だ(;´д｀)誰か…誰か…何とかしてくれ…と思っていたところ、You Tubeに動画に収めることで、強制的に見張ってもらおう！このズボラサボり主婦を。…という試みで始めてみた料理動画。
1ヶ月続けてみた結果
月に10万円かかっていた食費は57000円にまで削減。4万円程の節約に成功！

②調味料、お米、飲料、お菓子は予算に含まない
③初日の冷蔵庫やパントリーの在庫のおおよその価格を計算して予算に含める

やっていくうちにあんなに嫌いで苦手だった料理の面白さに少し気付き、料理って何だ！無限大か(； ･`д･´)？！…と料理本やお料理動画の多さに驚き、実験的に作ったことがない料理にただただ挑戦する日々。
うまくいかずに失敗も多々ありますが、それもまた楽しい！節約レシピとまではいかず、ただただ料理に挑戦する動画…というところが否めませんが、節約レシピなどにも今後どんどん！挑戦したいなって思っています。
とにかく面倒くさがり主婦です。
料理なんて、家事なんて、全部とにかく時短だ！！
…と思って今まで生きてきました(・・;
実際、今でも家事に時短は必要と思っていますし、今まで散々時短家事の動画を投稿してきました(；・∀・)はははは…
そんな生き方が少しだけ変化してきました。料理って家事の中で結構な重きを置くところなんじゃないか…と今になって、主婦15年目にして思っている最中です(^_^;)だいぶ遅いとは思う…うん。
子ども達や夫、家族の健康、美味しいご飯を家族で囲む事、大事にしていきたいな…って少し思い始めています。
